«I've chosen as my first nominee, a gentleman from Lisbon, Portugal, my dear friend Ric of "De Viris Pulchris et Aliis". Ric has introduced me to a world of literature, art, music, history and of course the beautiful country where he resides, Portugal. Ric writes in several languages but English and Portuguese dominate. I truly admire and respect Ric.»
These are the words I came across tonight when I visited my dearest friend Don. A moving moment indeed…
I'm honoured to have been nominated for the "Thinking Blogger Award" by one of my dearest blogger friends – Don of "Dondon009" – whom I met some months ago in a quite distant place from both our homes…
Don is indeed one of the "natural" members of the "Happy Few Club" I love so much.
Besides the aesthetic exquisiteness he's always in search of for his blog (which means it is always a unique adventure "going over" to Florida and finding great new changes), Don also presents a personal look into historical, political, and social matters – that really matter! Oh yes, and diviiine eye candies too, every now and then!
Thank you so very much, dear Don, for your beautiful friendship!
As thinking is something you generally do in your own native language, I now have the pleasure of nominating five bloggers who usually post in Portuguese. And the nominees are:
1. Leo Carioca at "CECG&B";
Each one of you gives me new perspectives to think the world we live in.
At least for these reasons I do thank you all so very much for being now part of my daily set of references.
"Go spreading the news!"
